Complementary support services
The coatings division has several paid services. both for processes preceding the coating process and for processes after it.
Pre-coating processes:
1. Cleaning the part using solvents.
Parts cleaning device - vapor solvent degreaser (ultrasound, heating baths, double cooling rings, and green kind solvent).
2. Sandblasting. Sandblasting machine
3. Shot peening Machine
4. Masking and protections Masking tools and fixtures. Usually, there are areas in the product that we expect that we do not want to be coated, or to receive parts of it. For these areas, we perform masking, which protects this area during the coating and leaves unscathed.
5. Tungsten arc welding
Tungsten arc welding device (power supply, torch, nozzles, electrodes, welding fixtures) and qualified welder.
6. Heat oven for low temperatures.
Low temperature oven (furnace) for permanent powder storage (60-80C)
Processes after coating:
1. Processing: in the process of restoring dimensions, we would like to reach the same surface quality as it was before the coating.
Turning Lathe/Milling
2. Sharpening - Grinding Machine
3. Inert atmosphere (argon) or using vacuum ovens, the hammer - heat treatment or fusing of plasma coating
(80-100 liters, T-1200 ° C maximum).
